How to Use

Fill in the Project Information above (optional), then click Generate & Download.
Open the file in Excel or LibreOffice Calc. The sheet is protected — only the yellow cells (E, F, M, R, S) are editable.
Enter Quantity (E) and Rate (F) for each item. The Amount column calculates automatically.
Enter Milestone Weight % (M) for each item so that all items total exactly 100%.
During site execution, the site team fills in Qty Done (R) to update financial and physical progress.
To add new rows: Unprotect (password: RAB2024) → Insert row inside a section → copy formulas from an adjacent row → fill C, D, E, F, M → re-protect.
Save as .xlsx — do not convert to CSV.
In the portal, open the site card in Edit mode, click Import Excel, select your file, review the validation report, and click Save Site.

Important Rules

🔒Do NOT edit formula columns (G, H, I, J, K, L, N, O, P, Q, T). They are locked with password RAB2024. Altering formulas corrupts the tracking calculations.
📐Milestone Wt % (column M) must sum to 100% across ALL items. The Progress Summary block shows a validation indicator at the bottom of the sheet.
🔢Numbers only in numeric columns — no commas, currency symbols, or % signs. Excel will format them automatically.
📋Keep section heading rows intact (e.g. 1. PRELIMINARY & GENERAL). The importer uses these to assign items to the correct section in the portal.
💾Save as .xlsx — do NOT convert to CSV. The portal reads Excel files directly.
🔁Re-importing is safe — it replaces the current BOQ rows in edit view. Changes are not saved until you click Save Site.
